Miracles are here NOW....

“Miracles happen every day. Change your perception of what a miracle is, and you'll see them all around you.”
— Jon Bon Jovi
So, what is a miracle?
There are countless stories throughout time that describe miraculous events—whether that’s a spontaneous healing, a near-death experience that defies logic, or a seemingly random moment that shifts someone’s entire life course.
At its core, a miracle is often seen as an extraordinary event that transcends natural laws—something unexpected, unexplainable, and deeply meaningful. But there’s also a more subtle perspective: one that views miracles through a psychological, energetic, or spiritual lens—not just as external phenomena, but as internal transformations.
From this view, the power of a miracle lies in a shift in perception.
As A Course in Miracles puts it:
“A miracle is a shift in perception from fear to love.”
A miracle doesn’t have to defy physics. It might be a sudden insight, a deep emotional release, or a new way of seeing ourselves, others, or the world.
Examples might be:
– Forgiving someone after years of resentment
– Feeling your own worth after a lifetime of self-doubt
– Realizing that the pain of a past event became your super power
Our brains literally change when we create new patterns of thought. Neuroplasticity teaches us that a change in perception can rewire emotional and behavioral responses. It might not look magical from the outside—but the transformation is profound.
A Miraculous World
As I’ve shared before, when I was in my early twenties, I had a miraculous experience during a Leadership Programme—one of those life-altering moments where I suddenly felt a tangible connection to everyone and everything.
In that space, what struck me most was the profound—and almost shocking—sense of responsibility that came with that connection. I mean, think about it: if we’re truly made of the same stuff, a living organism of vibrating molecules and atoms, then there really is no “them and us.”
This is where projection becomes such a fascinating phenomenon—the world as a blank canvas we’re constantly painting with our own inner landscape. Those we adore reflect the parts of ourselves we love. And those who trigger the f*** out of us? Yep—they’re mirrors, too, revealing the parts we’ve rejected, denied, or disowned.
Though fleeting, the experience I had that day (alongside a similar one at age five) quietly shaped the rest of my life. It actually took me years to speak about it—because honestly, who really wants that kind of responsibility?
And yet… this is the work of the seeker, you guys. The ones who want to grow, expand, and align with what is true and natural at our core.
What if… you could find compassion for your “inner terrorist”—the one who holds you hostage in certain moments?
What if… you reached for the hand of the part of you that only feels safe when it’s in control?
What if… you began to sing to the aspects of self that want to judge, rage, and rampage?
I believe in Miracles—not just because they’ve happened to me, but because I witness them in my clients all the time. I see the miraculous unfold when someone melts their own heart with the sweet, sacred tonic of love.
Ah, that miraculous word: LOVE.
It really IS the Miracle—and ALL we need.
